Our patient’s time is important to us, as is our practitioner’s. See the points below:
- If you are unable to attend an appointment let us know as soon as possible so we can free your slot for another patient.
- If you are unable to provide 24 hrs notice to cancel or change your appointment you will be charged the full appointment fee.
- If you fail to turn up without prior notice you will be charged the full appointment fee
Any outstanding payments will need to be resolved before further bookings can be made.
